Successful writing tips

An essay, an article, a composition, a letter, any kind of review or description has to be decorated with the following:

a) a variety of linking words

b) complex adjectives and synonyms

c)  idioms / expressions

Try to select & use your favorite idioms in any given writing assignment, here are some websites:

Don’t forget to copy the links into your browsers if a regular click doesn’t do the trick 😀

Have a printed list at hand.

Don’t forget that contractions (i.e. can’t)  are FORBIDDEN in FORMAL writing tasks such as e’mails & letters and the use of phrasal verbs is less encouraged than in other writing assignments.
