The first thing to be done is to educate the people on animals.
    – to show them the ‘other side’ of having a pet- when the pet becomes too big/loud/ugly/they become bored/they underestimated the time and effort needed to care for the animal etc- alot of people buy pets because they are ” a pedigree”- the fashion, etc
    – people who commit ‘minor crimes’ should be made either to give money(donate) or to work for free(community service) in these centres/centers- also people who have been charged/convicted of cruelty to animals, instead of prison etc should be made give a large amount of money to these centres(a 1/4 of their annual income?- that would be enough to make them think twice before they hurt/abandon animal
-animals which are found on the street, if they have the chip- the owners can be traced and made either work in the centre or to pay for the day-to-day costs of their abandoned ‘pet’
-finally – ban ‘puppy farms’, in fact all types of intensive breeding facilities.

PEOPLE SHOULD GO HERE BEFORE BUYING A PET

Ok, where will the money come from for this? the courts-see 2nd point, in the ‘Declaracion de la renta’- it’s tax deductible- you can claim money back on donations

But what do you do with the abandoned pets? They can only be kept there for a period of time? What happens then?
This should be shown, to shame poeple(who abuse animals) into donating money, time and their own space to adopt

We can start by becoming members of the Protectora and donating 2 or 5 euros every month. It’s time to start giving back something to the world 😀 it’s karma baby!
