Employee vs. Boss

Hi everyone!

Although Summer feels far far away from Pamplona we’re getting there 🙂 it’s the last month of the course and it’s pretty clear that our brains are already on a tropical island enjoying a piña colada.

This week I want you to take a look at this article http://www.siliconindia.com/shownews/Top_10_reasons_why_employees_hate_their_boss-nid-72948.html and honestly answer one question:

Why do you think employees hate their boss?

Please take into consideration that this question is not a personal one, but one that requires your opinion about general facts. If you wanna state your personal opinion however, you’re free to do so.

Enjoy the week!

    Hi

I have had a diferents types of boss.
I remember one boss. He was a tipycal boos that he was desappered. He never had responsibility in our work. But one o twice per month if you did one thing bad he seemed “shrek”.
If you got a improve, he always said that he was the responsible of this triumph. Always he was under the water as the oil.
Another boss was ” a supervisor”, if you moved tha arm or the hand, he knew everything about you, he was very gossip ang he had to know all about your work and your private life.
Another boss, you went to ask for help and always he said: “This is your problem, I wan’t any problem only I want solutions:
Although I have had diferents boss I have a litte good things for each boos.
It is very clear, always a boss is a bad boss, It’s a decree.
